Dusty in November

Hello and welcome back! I have a new layout to share using the gorgeous November mood board from The Dusty Attic.

The shattered glass effect of the mood board inspired me to cut my photo up into strips.

I painted my Floral Corners with different coloured Dusty Attic paints. If you look closely at the picture below, you'll see some chipboard 'splashes' around the flowers. These are just the waste pieces from the Floral Corners chipboard. Always keep your eye on your waste pieces - you never know what sort of interesting shapes are there!

I used Dusty Attic's Flower Burst stencil and brown ink to create the floral shapes around the photo then used gold Tinby Designs Metallic Melts on top. My title was created with Dusty Attic paint and Metallic Melts. I love the cool effect this creates!

The Dusty Attic products I used are:

Floral Corners DA0848

Mini Captions #6 DA1385

Flower Burst Stencil DA1323

Dusty in Colour Paints in Hot Chocolate,
Sunburnt  Orange, Cashmere, Dusty Pink and Navajo White.

I hope you can join in the challenge this month. The winner receives a whopping $100 gift voucher! You can find the challenge here.

Happy scrappin'!

Heather
